What does “lease by the bed” mean?
“Lease by the bed” means that an individual in a unit has signed their own lease and is responsible for the rent of his or her bedroom and the common areas.
What is a private single versus a shared room?
We offer two and three bedroom apartments which are leased individually to be shared amongst roommates. Since we lease by the bed, the private single is a bedroom for one occupant. The shared room has two full size beds for two occupants to share the room.
Do I need to have roommates in mind?
If you have roommates in mind, we can accommodate! If not, we can provide roommate matching to find the best match for you.
Yes, furry friends are welcome! We allow one pet per resident and require a one-time pet fee of $300.00 and monthly pet rent is $30.00.
Utilities are $100.00/month and include electricity, water, sewer, trash, and pest control.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is paid in 12 equal installments.
Yes! The units come entirely furnished including a 65” Smart TV.
Parking is reserved by the space and is $45/month
