“Lease by the bed” means that an individual in a unit has signed their own lease and is responsible for the rent of his or her bedroom and the common areas.
We offer two and three bedroom apartments which are leased individually to be shared amongst roommates. Since we lease by the bed, the private single is a bedroom for one occupant. The shared room has two full size beds for two occupants to share the room. Click here to view floor plans.

Yes, furry friends are welcome! We allow one pet per resident and require a one-time pet fee of $300 and monthly pet rent is $30.
Utilities are $75/month and include electricity, water, sewer, trash, and pest control.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Yes! The units come entirely furnished including a 65” Smart TV.
Parking is reserved by the space and is $45/month
